Cold toddy

Cold toddy recipe

Shake things up with a cold version of the traditional hot toddy. Although many swear by the soothing effects of toddies, you don’t have to have a summer cold to benefit from this comforting cocktail. For our cold toddy recipe, we mixed chamomile tea, whiskey, honey and fresh lemon juice in a shaker and served it over ice. Take a sip and say "Ahhh."

Ingredients

1 chamomile tea bag
⅔ cup boiling water (let sit for a few moments to avoid burning the tea)
1 oz. whiskey or bourbon
