Crispy, chewy, melty, gooey—s’mores are the campfire cook’s greatest contribution to the food world. S'mores dip

Toasted marshmallows hide a decadent layer of chocolate and peanut butter chips with this easy, one-skillet wonder. Bring plenty of graham crackers for scooping. And be ready to make s’more of this easy s’mores dip.

Baked s'mores pockets

For non-roughing-it individuals who seek civilized s’moredom, why not bake them in foil pockets in the oven? For this sweet and simple treat, you’ll need 4 sheets of graham crackers, 2 regular-sized chocolate bars, 8 large marshmallows and non-stick aluminum foil. To make, just place 1 graham cracker square in the center of a piece of foil, then layer with a half of a chocolate bar and 2 uncooked marshmallows and top with a second graham cracker square. Wrap the aluminum foil around each s’more to form a pocket and set all 4 foil pockets on a cookie sheet. Bake the foil pockets in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. No marshmallow casualties, and easy-peasy cleanup—that’s a s’more win-win!

S'more mini trifles

’Tis but a trifle to make these portable desserts that are perfect for a hungry crowd. Simply layer graham cracker cookies, ready-made chocolate pudding and mini marshmallows into clear plastic punch cups for fast and fun parfaits that little ones will love.

"S'more to love" trail mix

There are many reasons to love an easy snack mix that’s perfect for sharing around an indoor campfire. No sticky fingers is just one of them! To make this trail mix, just mix together a few cups of graham cracker cereal or cookies, ¼ cup each of milk chocolate and white chocolate chips, ½ cup marshmallow bits or mini marshmallows and whatever else suits your fancy—like pretzels, nuts, dried fruit or popcorn. Baggie it up for some mess-free s’mores to enjoy by the handful.
