Fall Roast Pork

This classic Fall roast pork loin pairs well with hearty fall dishes and is perfect for a crowd. Ingredients

1½ to 2-pound pork loin

For the Marinade

⅓ cup soy sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp mustard powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
⅓ cup white wine

Directions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour over pork loin and refrigerate for two hours.
  2. Remove pork loin from refrigerator and allow to return closer to room temperature.
  3. Heat grill to medium high heat.
  4. Grill pork loin for 8 minutes per side or until meat thermometer registers 155-160 degrees.
  5. Rest the pork loin, covered, for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
