This is a perfect fall pizza that will beat anything you can order in! Jen likes to make several pizza doughs in advance and have them ready in the freezer for an emergency. This dish comes together quickly–start by caramelizing onions, then sauté whole cherry tomatoes until they’re soft and sweet. Top with chopped black olives. Crumble and spread goat cheese on top (Jen uses honey goat cheese in this video, but any kind will be delicious), and add a sprig or two of fresh rosemary for an amazing aroma. Bake on high for just 9 minutes, then skip the plates and serve on napkins. Wine optional!
