Take a piece of my heart
With a cookie cutter, cut out a heart shape in a piece of buttered toast. Next, place the toast pieces in a hot pan for a few minutes. Flip the bread and crack an egg into the center of the toast for a love-filled main dish!
Pitter-pat pancakes
Express your everlasting love with pancake batter. Pour some batter in a squeeze bottle and trace a heart shape. Fill it in quickly. Any heart will do flips for these flapjacks.
Passion fruit
A melon is your canvas. A tiny heart-shaped cookie cutter your paintbrush.
Totally toasted over you
What could be simpler than toast? Use a cookie cutter to create edible valentines. Make it room-service-worthy by serving it with cinnamon butter or fancy jam.
Bear your heart
Serve up some honey bear love with a little creativity. Make a heart shape in peanut butter on the center of the toast. Use banana slices for ears and raisins for the bear’s eyes and nose. Drizzle honey over all (because, you know, that’s what bears love). A bear hug goes nicely on the side.
Bagel bouquet
Forego the roses. Just spread cream cheese on top of a bagel half. Then arrange strawberry slices like flower petals atop it for a beautiful and healthy breakfast. (OK, real flowers in addition wouldn’t hurt.)
