Give a candle more sparkle

Best Christmas idea: Add matches and music.
Easy add-on: Use a glue stick or double-stick tape to cover a matchbook or matchbox with wrapping paper. Make a holiday playlist on your favorite streaming service and copy the link. (If the link is too long and complicated, you can shorten it at bitly.com.) Then, write the link inside the matchbook or on a slip of paper to tuck inside the matchbox.
Bonus points: Coordinate the gift wrap design and candle colors or scent. Get inspiration for the playlist from the candle: Does it make you think of a walk in the woods? Making cookies with kids? A festive party?
Make a mug more meaningful

Best Christmas idea: Add a tiny tree.
Easy add-on: Pop a tiny tree inside any mug. (You can transplant it in potting soil, or just make sure the tiny tree’s tiny pot fits in the mug.)
Bonus points: Add some battery-operated twinkle lights, tiny ball ornaments, jingle bells or mini Keepsake Ornaments.
Fill a plate with love

Best Christmas idea: Just add cookies.
Easy add-on: Cookies. Homemade or bakery-bought. Pile ’em on.
Bonus points: Bake your favorite family recipe and pass along the secret recipe by copying the card in your grandmother’s handwriting.
