Papercraft Video: How to Make Paper Poppies

Materials

  • Scissors
  • Floral wire
  • Floral tape
  • Crepe paper
  • Stamen (optional)
Printable petal template

Directions

  1. Cut petals out: 4 small and 4 large per bloom. (Imperfect is good, it looks more natural.) Then slightly pull the crepe paper to round the petal shapes.

  2. Wrap a small ball in crepe paper to create the flower center. Use floral tape to attach. (also add stamen here if you’d like).

  3. Attach 1 petal at a time using floral tape—4 small ones and then 4 large ones.
