Pink rum drink

Pink rum drink with a ruby hue, served in a martini glass and garnished with a maraschino cherry.

This pink rum drink is oh, so pretty. It may be one of the simplest—and delicious—ways to make someone, like a birthday girl, feel extra special. Toast her in style with a signature drink that's all her own. Just place rum and a few fruit juices in a shaker and shake as long as it takes to sing the birthday song. Cheers!

Ingredients

2 oz. pear juice
1½ oz. rum
½ oz. cherry juice
½ oz. lime juice
1 oz. soda water (chilled)
Maraschino cherries for serving

Directions

  1. In a shaker, combine pear juice, rum, cherry juice and lime juice.
  2. Fill with ice and shake for a few seconds or as long as it takes to sing the birthday song.
  3. Strain into a martini glass.
  4. Top with a splash of chilled soda water and garnish with a cherry.
